It is important for our children to see us do our thing too! So bring them along.
A class for you, but your wee ones are welcome. All materials will be non-toxic and this class will work at a slower pace so that you can tend to your child as needed. There will be a few baby friendly sensory activities and toys to help keep little ones occupied, snacks are welcome but not provided. Feel free to take a break any time you need.
As parents we feel the need to put all our energy into caring for our children, but it is also important to model self care as well . Sometimes we are so busy that we neglect our own emotional, mental and physical needs. Putting time into our own well being can even feel indulgent. Take a little time to to create . It is not indulgent, it is rejuvenating!
