Creation Space x MOON|UNION are proud to present ADULT OPEN STUDIO: The Art of Wellness, a night of art play for stress-relief and imaginative mindfulness. Based on the philosophy of uninstructed process art, we will be creating and connecting.

Join us for a night of mindful creation, connection and incorporate a little artistic relaxation into your wellness routine. Have a little bubbly, or cozy up to some hot tea, and stay awhile.

This 3-hour event will include the following activities:

Mindful Mini-Hoop Embroideries

Build your own energy-cleansing mini Herbal Botanical Bundle (for the full-scale version + moon circle experience, see Moon Union’s October event!)

Put your creative touch on a watercolour + mixed media collaborative Wing Wall Project

Zen Den + self-led journaling with prompts for mindful connection with your inner child

Complimentary 5-minute Tarot or Oracle Card Mini-Reading (first-come, first-serve basis)

Meet MOON|UNION

Cheryl Wiwat is the owner of MOON|UNION, and also a health coach, busy mama + zen biz boss who wants to change the way that womxn interact with their minds and bodies. Her feminine leadership model is based on kindness and inclusivity. Through music, bad jokes and a healthy dose of moon wisdom, she aims to connect with like-minded individuals who aren’t afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
